Season II is coming to a close and so I'm going to go ahead and start recruiting people to be in Season III of Proving Ground. We are going to change it around a little bit from earlier seasons. In Season III, Proving Ground will be more like a lower level [20]. We will have 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, and 4v4 like [20] does. The difference is that Proving Ground is for people who aren't quite good enough to make it into [20] although I will invite a few members in [20]'s B league. We will also have an A league and B league, and maybe more depending on how many people are interested in it.
The 1v1 map will be medium earth, the 2v2 will be East Asia & Oceania, the 3v3 will be Europe, and the 4v4 will be Africa.
I am going to raise the standards a little bit over previous seasons so please invite me to a game if you are interested. If you were in previous seasons you will be invited back again this season except for a few people who got booted in most of their games.

No, it's a league where you play some round robin tournaments of people near your skill level. I'll play a game with you Z-Dog and see if you meet the requirements needed to join.

So, there's no longer going to be a second stage to season II as originally advertised?

There will still be but it will only be one game at a time and only for the people who made it so if we start the third season while it is ongoing it doesn't make a difference. We also started the second season while the first season final tournament was going on and it was fine so we're going to do it again.
It's a double elimination tournament on East Asia & Oceania.
And for anybody who cares, Winnie Nicklaus was the Season I winner.

This is a load of crap. I respect many of the [20] players, but there are plenty of us who don't feel the need to be in a group who can (and have) beaten many of [20]'s elites.
However, I will say this, Proving Ground is a fun time.
