and in order of frustration i made lots of lame moves after that...,
and you will not believe , that headache remained all day with me ,even still i am suffering from it.
may be i need to get rest by putting myself off from warlight for atleast 1 month ...

Thats normall, its similar to what causes a micraine. Just relax, wait a hour, do something else then go back onto warlight or whatever it was you were doing. DONT take paricetabol. It makes frustration headaques worce.
