Why that player got so much bonus armies?

He only took 6 strategic points. It means six more armies. And when base armies per turn is 4 then he should have have only 10 armies in first turn. Instead he had 21 armies in first turn...

That map hurts my head :D

His choice : 6 strategic points -> 6*5/2 = 15 income.
Istambul give one income
normal income : 5

Total 15+1+6 = 21 income in turn 1

I take a mistake
Canal give one income
Normal income 4

15+1+1+4 = 21

Until now i believed that 6 stratigic = +3 income. Nice to know
