I partly like to discuss and play around with ideas and see where they lead to and what others say
So this like most of them is not a Uservoice vote thing.
I would quite like maps to be self learning for starting territory choice
say each square has a starting value of zero and each game where a square is chosen by a player the associated value of the square is changed so that it is less worth picking each time
The idea being that in the long run all squares would reach their natural value of importance) unimportance and be weighted accordingly
