Looks cool! One point: maybe make Caledonia (Scotland) separate from Britannia

I agree with Beren.
Also: did you know that you can use spaces in bonus names? Just do the bonuslink exactly as you would do it without the space, and change the name in WarLight. It will still work!
Other idea: make all Roman forts/cities worth 1 army. Just add bonuses for all of them without making any bonuslinks.

Ah, I'll change the bonus names then.

That was the Idea to make the cities worth 1 army.

Thanks! :-)

And is there going to be a bonus for the lands east of Dacia?

Nice, there's even an Asterix and Obelix reference hidden.

Great map, but suggest adding more bonuses to the territory's.

I disagree with Apollo. The cities seem to be going to be the main source of income on this map, I would keep the large bonuses and give minimal armies for them, about half to one-third of the territories.

Well, I am not sure if "Britannia" or "Great Britannia" means the whole Island. Hmmm... I think I gonna separate Caledonia.

The lands east of Dacia will get bonuses, too. I found many tribes who lived there, bud not really a historic name for a province. Maybe I'll ad some more lands in the east and south. At the moment I experiment with a Rome City Map in the top right. Maybe without direct bonuses but something like +1 for every Gallic province.

I am not surprised, that a Belgian gentleman found the Asterix village first :-) (I know Uderzo is french, but Belgium is the most important comic country in Europe!)

The final bonus distribution will be decided after some test games. Anyway especially Spain and Agypt must get some more sub bonuses.

One mistake: the fort in Germania Inferior is not called Noviomagnus but Noviomagus. Ulpia Noviomagus Batavorum is the full name.

It looks you divided Hispania in the first subdivision it was made there. I think Tarraconensis is too big there, look at this posterior subdivision:

Just if you like it, and it would be accurated to the later Suevi Kingdom located there in Gallaecia territories.

But it looks really good.

The graphical work is done (I think) and test games are running.

The Town-concept seems to be playable.
The bonuses calculated:
(quantity of Territories + quantity of towns) /2 -(quantity of Towns) = Bonus

Since I am a fan of Asterix, I think the easter egg is a very nice thing. But I am pretty sure that the village is supposed to be in Brittany, rather than in Normandy.

Thanks Folgore! I took this link to locate the village:
http://bd-fle.wikispaces.com/Ast%C3%A9rix
Quite vague...

I remembered there was a map in "Astérix and the Banquet":
http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-sKyVDn8XGmo/T-epQBPYK7I/AAAAAAAABBQ/NjQLSKfSHww/s1600/Asterix+%282%29.JPG

I'll move the village!

THANKS, Apollo! I know your Maps. That makes your comment very worthy! - I would be glad, if this map will stay in the top 50s.

I'm surprised that Belgian gentleman didn't noticed that earlier, though. :-D

Definetly the most detailed Roman Empire map and the best looking. Rome region is a bit unbalanced but its okay in a roman map.
