https://www.warzone.com/Map/9066-Medium-Eastern-Kingdoms is most balanced out of all 3 maps.
1.) It can host from 2-12 players(which is played mostly) good games. Other maps are too small or very big.
2.) Bonuses looks balanced.
3.) There are territories of strategic importance on which cards will have impact.
