You might be better than your current rating implies, but not significantly.

Your last 20 games place you averaged opponents rated 1204 and won 11. That puts your estimated rating from those past 20 games at somewhere in the ballpark of 1239.

If you were deserving of something significantly higher than 1250, you wouldn't have lost to people rated under 1500 9 times in the past 20 games.
