so there will be 2020 coin raffle

At that moment if i have enough coins i will run a raffle for a month of membership

After winning 3 coins from a Raffle tonight, Fizzer posted the following in global chat:

Raffle sizes are randomized now. Sometimes lower sometimes higher. But overall, more coins are given out per day with this change, since the max size was increased more.

No further explanation was given, however the people in chat had still had some questions:

* Wat will be the max coin prize? (Based on Fizzers message more than 50...)
* Wil there be negative Raffles now?
* If not, how low will the minimum prize be?
* How will the prize coins be determined?
