Greetings!

About 1 year ago my old account was suspended for the following reasons:

Highly inappropriate username, tagline, photo. Spamming forum with lots of racist content and profanity.

Underneath this, it is noted that: "Note that if you try to bypass this suspension by using another account for ANY REASON, you will receive a permanent ban for all accounts and future accounts."

I acknowledge this statement, but see no way in contacting anyone for help without the creation of another account. I have not
used this account to play any games, nor have I created it with the intent to "bypass a suspension". I simply ask if it is possible to reinstate my old account, as I'm unsure if the suspension is indefinite.

I'd like to add that my previous actions are not indicative of my personality or behaviour; a spree of isolated idiocy that I would ensure I completely abstain from in the future. My apologies to anyone personally affected by my actions.
