We have reached our 10th live strategic tournament, and to celebrate, this week we're holding a special 32-player live tournament, rather than the usual 8-16 player one.

How to take part
If you are interested in taking part in Sunday's live tournament, come online at 6pm GMT and check the open games for a game advertising the tournament chat. You will find a link to a dummy tournament which you must first join and stay active in the chat before being invited to the actual tournament.I will also post the link in this thread.

It's slightly long-winded, but we do this to try to ensure everyone who is in the real tournament is active when the tournament starts. If you are active when the goal of 32 players is reached, you will be invited to the real tournament.

A note about live tournaments
In these live tournaments, it is very important that if you join, you do not leave your seat until you are either eliminated crowned the winner. If somebody leaves it breaks the whole tournament, which just becomes a regular boring old multi-day tournament. Please do not join if you do not think you will have to play a maximum of 5 games back to back. Also, if you do have to leave part way through, please surrender as soon as possible.

Anyone who leaves part way through the tournament will be banned from taking part in future live tournaments.
