Someone an idea how to do this ? Tried to kill one AI, but then the other is too strong. Going from North to South, then both will be too strong - so how to start there ?

What I did was let AI1 get west Melbourne and fought AI2. Took the bonus next to Perth and broke into tasmania so AI2 didnt get the bonus. Beat AI2 and went after AI1. Important is to break bonusses as they are big near Melbourne. AI1 wont attack you as first choice when it got room for expansion. It will go for neutral first. It is pretty hard so you will have to play it some times to find your way.
