I can't figure it out. You start with Paris, there are 100 Neutral stacks preventing a move up north. Solo me vs a team of 4 AI
I clear out France and then face 2 AI players in Spain and one in Italy and everything grounds to a halt and the Spanish AIs at least seem to have much more income.
I've managed to defeat all the other ones [except the previous map, I could have but it's tedious so I skipped it.

you got 2 areas at the start. First you take the 3 bonusses at 10 to the right. After that it should not be a problem to win. Dont mind the 100 neutral stack untill you beat all the other AI.
