I made a Swiss tournament on strat MME with -B's custom CLOT. (https://www.warzone.com/Forum/324976-custom-tournament-platform)
Swiss tournaments are similar to round robins, but with fewer games. The tournament has slots for 16 players, but only 5 rounds will be played. Each round, players with the same record hit each other, which should make match ups more interesting than if they were random.

I have a question anybody can answer - If I create a Promotion Regulation League on CLOT, will the site do the promotions/regulations automatically or would I have to do it?

I believe it does them automatically, but I can check with -B.
