To get anywhere, you'll have to be more specific. I can think of at least 15 different places in the game that the words "fixed teams" appear.

I believe what he means is the dialogue that appears right before you create a game with fixed teams "are you sure you want to make a game with fixed teams blaah blaah blaah they fill slowly"
To his credit, yes we know it fills slowly. And oh boy yes we do want to make it so sure would be great the game stopped asking us that

What Shadow wrote. Every time it appears while creating the game (apart from giving rematch iirc) and there is no option to hide it.
