Hello everyone.

Players should receive a begin dialogue in NLC turns with a button that starts their timer. However I have been made aware in multiple occasions of players whose timer starts as soon as they join the game. They do not have the begin dialogue.

This might put these players at a disadvantage as they will likely commit their orders with a larger timer than people with the dialogue, as they do not have time to position their finger or mouse before starting the timer.

Does anyone know why some people do or do not have this dialogue? Is it toggle able? How? Or is it a glitch that needs to be fixed, that some people are missing this feature?

Ah thank you. Where can one find this setting? Apologies for being an interface noob.. am just not familiar with the locations of various buttons on the website.

That link used to be on the Settings page. I believe it was removed as it’s kind of a trap for new players because they would take longer making their turn (because of clock starting sooner) and giving themselves an unintentional disadvantage.

Edit:
The dialogue is automatically displayed for all new accounts, unless I’m mistaken.
