Is Semi Eyuboglu a cheater? I don't know why he had over 1000 of armies in first turn. How can I report him?

I tried, but when I've selected reason, there was no submit button, so I can't report him this way.

1st, this is NOT cheating. The game's settings were that the player who get the "Ninja" territory would receive 1,000 APT. As the player who received "Ninja" was determined randomly through automatic distribution, this was neither cheating nor an unfair game. The only thing he did wrong was not name the game in question something appropriate like "Lottery" in line with new guidelines for creating a game. Lesson: ALWAYS check the settings before joining a game.

2nd, you should not report in game behavior using a player's profile. That report button is only for non game related stuff, such as swearing in the forums or having an offensive user picture. To report a player in game, go to the game in question by going to the "my games" tab then clicking "options," "game filter" and finally "show." Then, you should find and click on the game in question. Then, find the player's name in the game (in the lower right hand corner) and click on it. Use the report button that pops up there. You may also consider blacklisting a player you do not wish to play with anymore.

I hope this information was helpful, and now I have to go punish myself for posting a large wall of text.....

Actually this is now considered cheating and you should report him.

If it's a lottery game it has to be stated in the title.

Please be sure that when creating lottery games, you include the word “lottery” somewhere in the title. Also be sure that if your game isn’t a lottery game, don’t put “lottery” in the title.

It's technically illegal, but I don't think it counts as cheating. Though we could just report him and see Fizzer's response and let him sort all this out.

Oh I finally figured out what you were saying! You were clicking on "report" and then selecting "I think they hacked the game or cheated." If you do this, you will provided with a link to http://wiki.warlight.net/index.php/Cheaters, which I have mentioned, and if you read the page, it specifically covers your concerns under "Overridden bonuses":

"Game creators can change the value of bonuses, and someone could set a bonus to be much bigger than it is usually worth. Then they attempt to capture that bonus at the start of the game, giving them an easy victory. In these games, be sure and check the settings yourself and deploy there yourself to prevent your opponents from capturing that bonus."

Although this technically doesn't EXACTLY cover what you were talking about, because in your game automatic distribution was enabled, so the chances of you or s/he talking the overridden bonus were even, so it wasn't unfair.

Yeah, like they said, in lottery games there is 1 territory that gives you 1,000 armies. I wanted to see what happened when I reported myself, but it said I couldn't. XD
