|> Yeah so we have incountered our first problem, Trolling by using false names. My recommendation, require account registration by using your warlight email address.

One problem solved, two new ones created:

- Signup email addresses are not publicly accessible (which is a good thing IMHO), meaning mibbit has no way to verify them (without special code on both WL (technically doable) *and* mibbit (highly unlikely if you ask me)).
- WL account names are not unique. It's very easy to create an account called "Fizzer" (hmm well, *that* might be special-cased in the code, but that doesn't solve the problem for other "well-known" WL players) using any address you like. Registering that with IRC / mibbit would still let you impersonate anyone.

There has been a Fizzer player before RvW.. not sure if it has been made unique or not yet..

It's possible to impersonate someone, I think I'll prepare an usecase for this.

In WarLight, not on IRC, it doesn't allow wide range of "interesting" Unicode characters.

1. go to the irc channel with your wanted nickname
2. type in /ns register [password] [email] without the [ ]
- password is your desired password and email is your current email
-DO NOT USE A FAKE EMAIL, you must confirm your registration.
3. whenever you log in type /ns identify [password]
4. done!
