Feedback questions:

1. DO I add the Blackreach (as another city) AND/OR Solstheim?

I don't know anything about Skyrim but I can help test and give general criticism. The artwork is commendable and the bonus values will be conducive to interesting gameplay (low value and high territory count always leads to brutal bogged-down fighting where tactics are decisive.)

I only started Skyrim (love it), so I can't say much. You should name all the territories. Otherwise, good map.

I can observe a map, but I don't know how to test one.

As I said before, name the unnamed territories, even if you have to use bad names like East Central and West Riverwood.

That's at least two in this thread if you consider my response. Though if boot rate scares you away I understand. We need a community of map maker-testers in which we can share ideas in addition to simplifying the whole testing process. Also might I advise you to exclude "Thanos" because he's an obnoxious adult child.
