I was in the multi-player menu just now, and got an error saying it failed to display an advertisement. Meanwhile, an ad was playing right below it (a normal Warlight ad, by the way.) What madness is this??

I've had a few other mild annoyances with the ads in general, I'll just go ahead and list them:

1) I don't use an ad-blocker at all, but sometimes it fails to display an ad, and tells me, and then probably decreases the points I get from whatever game I was viewing at the time. This wasn't my fault, and it is one of the reasons I quit lotteries.

2.) There are random moments in which an ad gets displayed, and then suddenly my mouse cursor disappears until I refresh the page.




These aren't major complaints, but I am considering using an ad-blocker now that I don't really have anything left to unlock . . . :)

:D It wasn't really all that important, but yeah, I felt like mentioning it.

And like I said, it was one of the reasons. That, and I've unlocked everything I wanted to unlock, and so on

First, if ads work normally most of the time, your points won't be reduced -- it takes a lot of those errors before that will happen. You can tell if points are being reduced by visiting the Settings -> Points page and hovering over the top item. It would say "Points reduced due to using ad-blocker"

Third, you should use http://warlight.net/ReportBug if you need help.

Fourth, you've unlocked almost every feature, so you could technically use ad-block now since diminished points won't really have an impact on you anymore. That is, until a new feature becomes available...

Fifth don't use an ad blocker ad revenue helps support the game. If you don't like ads buy a membership.

Sixth, pause ad-block once a month and go on a "ad clicking spree" to show your support for WarLight and then promptly reengage ad-block for the rest of the month, like I do! :D
