There used to be a setting in the Map Development page called "Set Scaling for Mobile Devices" or something like that, that would change the army number size on the app. Where did this go? Is it gone?

The old setting you are referring to only applied to the old non-unity app, which nobody uses anymore, so it was removed.

The unity app uses an automatic scaling method based on your zoom level, which works way better than the old way.
