in 0% weighted is 40% if i remember right, so i think that in 16% WR is more or less the same.

If its 40% at 0% weighted, then it will be 41% or 42% at 16% weighted.
How higher the luck, the more the % go to the 50%.
My gess is 41%, but if you want to know exectly, use the formula Odin posted.
