Is there a tamplate from the map Issander's Huge World,(or other big world map) with the bonusen changed based on gross domestic product (GDP)?

Why not divide based on military spending budget?

Because that's just a political decision.

Well, you use "Armies" right? You aren't attacking with farmers and construction workers.

Yeah your right. Can you tell me the maximum military spending budget evry country can have?

Well, take a number....

Let's say USA = $45,000,000,000

Let's just knock that down to about 4,500 income. How many territories does the USA hold? Adjust the income to that.

If the USA had 5 territories, you could make each territory hold 900 armies per turn.

But because the United States Department of Defence for some reason refuses to believe the cold war is over they have a spending budget about as much as the rest of the world combined!

So using that for income results in an extremely unbalanced map.

Who said it be to be linear scale?

Moros:that is the military spending budget, but countrys can spand much more on military if they want to. And in the game we are the rulers, so thats why i want it based on GBP.
