I don't exactly have the money to go out and buy a new couch. Does anybody have any ideas how to repair this? Can I just put a small milk crate under it temporarily?

I don't know what that is supposed to be. Can you describe the issue?

Sorry, That is a broken down couch. Specifically the far left cushion area of a 3 cushion couch. The cushion itself is removed, as is the fabric. What is shown is the revealed area below consisting of the broken springs and particle wood.

Or simply, a broken couch.

Fixable, or not? Also, I just realized the picture is so big, you need to scroll horizontally to see the whole image.

Broken spring? I would just put a large sheet of wood across entire couch under the cushions to hold them up. A sheet of particle board is 10 bucks maybe, just cut it to fit

Go for thicker sheet too, like 3/4 inch plus
