Portneuf ---> Quebec City

Montmagny ---> Montreal (not that there is no land bridge across the St. Lawrence R.)

Simcoe ---> Muskoka (My home)

Hastings ---> Durham

Sudbury ---> Georgian Bay

South Labrador ---> Happy-Valley-Gouse-Bay (Yes it is a real place)

Newfoundland Island ---> St. John's (Note that Newfoundland is **one** landmass and has no island)

South Baffin Island ---> Iqualuit

Fort Smith ---> Yellowknife

South Yukon ---> Whitehorse
