You've named more than one territory Desert. Name the one in India Thar Desert and name the one in Saudi Arabia as Rub al-Kahlih. Plus, can you please split Tibet and Xinjiang? They are totally different from each other and should be split, in my opinion.

there is something wrong with Yemen, when ever you click on the 2 bonus it doesn't show the Yemen areas

dak, i was working on yemen: deleted 2-3 territories and east/west yemen became yemen.

i shrank the map and am now adjusting everything. so some things are too small right now.

The Bonus Links seem very small to me. Wich size do they have in inkscape? I mean, on a bonus of 2 you can't see more than half the number. and the Meta bonus links too should be bigger. Nice map anyway :)

New name: 'Eurasia & Africa'

Planned Changes:

- Change some names in center ('Middle East' map maker has some random names)
- Redraw national borders in center (to be more realistic).
- Add territories (to fill space): Scotland. N/S Norway/Sweden. E/W Ukraine.
- Continue to fix borders: Russia. Sahara. India. Biggest/smallest territories.
- Name/make connections for unnamed territories.

Aside from these changes, any suggestions?

Two questions:

-Should I enlarge the map west, to include more of Greenland?
-Should I enlarge the map south, to include all of Africa?

Actually i don't see any sense why Greenland is there.

It could be interesting also thinking about one bonus for all Lybia, one for Algeria and one for Turkey...

i dont like greenland as a territory. perhaps this is what you mean too. i made it a shaded gray region that is seen but cant be played on...it's hard to ignore it completely if it is there.

ok hugo. russia (bc it's so big) and turkey (for fatih & saladin) were going to get one eventually. lybia and algeria getting one is fine.

the reason i didnt: for appearances' sake (to glance at the map and see it has 75 bonuses can mislead people into assuming the map's strategy is different than what it is, if 15 of the bonuses are super bonuses).

This makes it far easier for people who do like superbonuses to give them a higher value...? Also, it's not just one additional army, often it will also give you a much more defendable border.

My screen is width is greater than it's height, so for "fitting on screen" purposes, the current proportions of the map are quite nice. Additionally, if you expand further to the South, you'll get empty areas in the lower left and (especially) lower right corner of the map; that's wasted space and a pity if you ask me.

You have a "Shia" transnational bonus. I don't know much about Islamic regions, but wouldn't it make sense to add a "Sunni" transnational bonus as well?

Sunni bonus: The map was originally 'the Greater Middle East and Europe' and everything not Europe, Shia and obviously not Muslim (Russia, China, India, etc.) on the original version was Sunni. I'll add that.

You could make the "big" bonuses worth 0, so unless it is changed in the settings they won't appear.

the main reason for having the big bonuses: so the areas can be highlighted.

i would delete them entirely before i make them all worth 0. no highlighting, no purpose.

You should make Corsica part of the West Europe Bonus as it is a French Territory
