consider west europe somewhat of a charlemagne bonus and central mediterranean as a historically italian region and i think it'll be alright. not everything is based on politics. i separated them based on geography and history.

There's a weird, dark-gray and unselectable "territory" Northeast of Jammu & Kashmir. Is that an error, or is that intentional? In the last case, it would be nice if you could make it more clear it's not an error.

or...mountains. disputed territory. to fit an army's number i have to enlarge it. that area is messy. map sizing differs. each map seems to have slightly different borders for that area.

i've been playing around with that spot a lot. i'd like to make it a non-bonus territory called disputed land. but my patience wears thin and i just end up leaving it be until the next time i play the map making game of hour-long clicking on little squares.
