I tried to create a game with a template using the ancient china map and it said that the map had been retired. I was wondering what does that mean?

Obviously that the map used previously in this template does no longer exist on the server...

1 area in yue deleted, 1 area in sea added, outer areas (non-territories) added to give the map some perspective.
