For unknown reasons i was disconnected from the WL server for about 2-3 hours. Via an anonymizer website i could still access warlight but not log in. So it is quite obvious this event had to be sth like a temporary ban.

Naturally i checked my email account in order to find an email explaining this, i.e. for violating WL etiquette or similar, but found nothing. I d really like to know the reason for this. Thx.

If you were suspended the site would have told you so. My guess is that a router between you and the server was malfunctioning. If this happens again, you should run a traceroute to figure out what's going on.

Thx for your quick reply Fizzer. I just unsuccessfully tried again to log in via anonymouse.org, as i did some hours ago, so this looks like a different problem/feature unrelated to my disconnect.

Tough break. I recently had my boots increase by 400% the other day, when I was booted from 4 RT games due to an internet connection error.

Consoling for me, Texas, it seems you suffered more hardship than i did. My boot rate increased by just 50% from this disconnect. Writing this i remember one of my former boots also was a disconnect. A short one but long enough to get booted close to the second. So all in all i had a 200% increase of boots by getting disconnected.

No .. i just checked my stats. I just have two boots. But i remember i ve been booted 3 times. One time i was replaced by an AI that surrendered later what obviously does not count as a boot in my stats.
