You're in luck, because making maps isn't all that hard (especially if you just trace a map of Namibia) and it can be quite fun.
I would suggest you download Inkscape (it's free) and give it a try yourself!

There are several very good sources to learn how to make maps. Learning the basics won't take more than a day:
