I agree that outlaws has a slight advantage, but don't count out gg, these are still quite good players, even in underdog matchups. I do believe that Outlaws is more likely to win this event, but I wouldn't be so sure of this.

The only record of a clan battle between these two clans is Clan League (If it's even countable)

Strangely it fails to let me change the matchups.

I thought Lucien was winning until the very last turn on my books, attacking the double border on FlyingBender's income with 2 attacks was criminal IMO.
