Ok, you guys are still not an elite clan...

This is the worst list i have ever seen. WG not elite despite leading the clan wars and having many players in top 5 on ladders recently.

Right now i can only say 20, WM, Apex and WG are elite, though there are a few clans that could end up there with continued improvement. There are several with elite players, but not enough overall for me to call them elite

I mean, from a quick glance and what I know. I didn't do any impressive research here...

I actually agree with hauptman's quick list.

I think we should do a detailed, researched clan interview with the leaders, ask them all questions about what they have achieved in warlight as a clan (clan leagues, helping with training on ladders).

But, we should separate roleplay from skill. Let roleplayers handle the roleplayers and skill clans handle the skill clans.

I have nothing against Illuminati but do they have any elite members? I mean I can't really recall the last time a member of Illuminati beat me and I am not really that good.

Honestly, there are lots of different clans. I honestly can't see 101st/VIW/REGL/many of the bigger clans becoming "Elite" clans in that they only have top-level players. I honestly think that their variety of skill levels makes them special.

Which is why I would rather group clans rather than rate them.

Elite - Characterized by top-level players only, tends to stay small in number.
Examples: 20/WM/WG/Apex

Solid - Has great players, doesn't have too many members. Good partners in tournaments. May evolve into an Elite clan in the future.
Examples: BIA/XCD/Masters/AHoL*

Variety - Has a larger number of players, ranges from decent to elite usually.
Examples: VIW/101st/REGL
-> Sub: Country/Language - Gets people from a certain country/language only.
-> Examples: BR/NL/French Community
("Training" clans seem to be gone, but I wouldn't mind helping a few people.)

Roleplay - Clans that seem to focus more on roleplay than skill.
Examples: >.>

Small Clans - Has very little members; may be a small group of friends.
Examples: On the bottom of the clan list, usually.

*If they're taking it seriously, maybe Elite. If they're drunk, probably solid.

I agree with your list here, grouping is more accurate.
