Edit: I just looked at the game and he conquered all of east and headed to spain, only a natural move anyone decent would make, so you accusing him of hacking makes you look ridiculous.

Keep in mind he had no enemies, only red for one turn, so of course he became absurdly powerful. He told you to look at the history, and you should have. By accusing him of hacking you are just being illogical.

Yup. Spain is a very strong bonus that can be very difficult to break once completed. All the guy did was take free east and play like any normal player would. lol

Looks like a hacker to me IMO. Don't listen to Venus I've heard they also participate in the hacking of RoR games.
