I am here, listening to everyones ideas, i will make a compilations of decisions within the week.

I agree IF you change the league size, it must be known going into a season. That way the teams competing know what slots are getting relegated and promoted.


Bingo. This is why only 2 teams should be relegated from A going into season 5, BIA and whoever finishes 6th (which may or may not be us, hopefully we can pull out some big wins in the team games...) The prior season saw WL and REGL relegated. Similarly, group B should have 2 promotions and 2 relegations. Top team from each C1 and C2 get into B, unless this results in fewer than 7 teams in B, then we can promote the next best 1 or 2 teams from C1/C2 as appropriate. The rest makes up C, and any leftovers + newcomers get into D.

Lets not abruptly change the script now!

I agree, the promotion/relegation rules for this season were decided at the beginning of last season. It should stay the same and then adjustments can be made for next season.

This clan league will have 6 1v1s 3 2v2s and 2 3v3s Templates as shown above. However this clan league a player can participate in 4 events no matter what they are Example: I play 4 1v1s. This is okay. One player can play and 4 tournaments the leader chooses for them. As usual no alts allowed if i suspect an alt i have the rights to ban them. Clan leaders please submit to me your lineup ASAP

Edit: I now see your point Brian, you and Lolowut are correct the 3v3s should be weighted less we will stay with the old system of 2,3,4

You should probably allow for all games to finish before expecting lineups. Otherwise some clans may not know how their players fared in the current season. Also, without knowing a start date we cant gauge vacations. I am sure all of WG will probably play, but Gnullbegg and Andersault have been busy lately so I would like to give them a concrete time frame

I think we should discuss templates more. If 1v1 ME with 0% SR is what I think it is, it's a terrible template that rewards n00b cluster-picking, making for really boring games. Heavy earth might be a better replacement, it's sufficiently different from the other templates. Or you can go with a strategic local deployment map like Ineffable is doing in the manager league. I'm not exactly doing my clan any favors with my suggestions though, am I. :P

I don't think Europe should be used for both 3v3 templates... or are you thinking of Europe and Europe 1600AD as the two templates? (I would support that.)

Why are VIW and GG separated from the rest of the Group A teams? Are we both in the running to be relegated to B? (Again, despite potentially damning my clan, I do support 2 relegations from A)

I would also like to see more clans join this if they are interested. But I guess they would have to show interest, huh?

I agree with Chris, please wait for season 4 to settle down. We really do need time to plan this, especially us larger clans.

can we just do it like last time? 4 1v1s, 2 2v2s, 1 3v3. or it'll be too long. Small clans like us will really sturggle to find enough people.

I reiterate that maybe we have two competitions, one with more games and one with fewer games? This way we can have a top tier competition as well as a large clan competition. But I don't mind which way this league goes... I'm biased, my clan is biiiig. :P

I have not loooked at templates, i am on mobile. But i suggested %0 weighted, not straight. Gives 3v2s chance to fail but eliminates really obscure attacks. Straight round makes it totally different. And yes i thought we were voting on templates?

Yeah, I suggested MME 1v1 and ME 1v1 (with %0 weighted). They would be very slight variations and would not alter the games much.

EDIT - Just looked at the templates. I'd like to see the actual template for GME III. I have not even played that map, not sure about using a map/template that most have probably not even played at all. I'd say if the template is not main stream yet, better off adding an additional Strat ME game instead and wait for the template to become main stream before adding it to the league.

that's 6 but we are not sure how many people we need for 1v1's (or with 6 does every one need to?) and do we need 2 teams of three for 3v3's? same type of question 2v2's... i am basically asking if we have decided on every thing so we can pull our lineup together... thanks!
