Hello there,
I was wondering if it could be possible to implement a new fonction in the set up of a game to allow a maximum reinforcement per turn per territory.
I think it would be fun and force to plan ahead to create big armies instead of seeing them popping out of nowhere all a sudden.
Food for thoughts...

Well there is a difference between having a maximum of 200 armies (army cap) or gaining a maximum of 20 armies per turn or even having an income of 200, but you can only put 20 in each territory.
