Hey everyone, my clan recently got an official page. The clan has a lot of solid players who have played quite a few games, so they are good on the basics and need some more formal training. We have instituted a system for helping players improve their game by earning Ninja stars for completing different tasks, you can see it on our page here http://warlight.net/Clans/?ID=69 . Anyway, I am looking for someone to help train up my Ninjas. Requirements would be #1 reliable (less than 15% boot rate required, but I would prefer less than 10%), and #2 good at both 1v1 and 2v2 games (I would prefer someone who has played in the 1v1 ladder and acheived a rank of at least 1500, 1600 is prefered). Responsibilities would be to play in 1v1, 2v2, and maybe 3v3 training games with other members of the clan. Full clan membership in a great clan would be the benefit. so you are looking for new clan members, or players to train you clan members? :)

it's hard to achieve a rank of at least 1500.

But if you are talking about rating, then I think you need a rating of 1750+ players to explain things correctly.

@bananashake: Preferably someone who is willing to become a part of the clan, but if I can't get that, having someone outside that help train would be my second choice.

@Unreality: Yeah, I have only gotten to 1730. My clan is more reliable players who are at the intermediate level. It would definately take a 1750+ to get them to the expert level, I am looking for a more modest improvement.

i see. well basically im already "training" two of your newest signings (if they have officially joined yet). i know them in real life, and give them advises. its funny, cause i actually see the progress.
