I mean, the times you see at the top of your post, like this one.
And, is there any way of changing it? What if you could select your country/time zone at the moment you make a new account and the forum clocks shows you that time?

Whatever your computer's time zone is set to. You can see what it's set to on the Settings tab.

Aha, that makes sense! I was confused because it said 5:18:48. I thought that it was adjusted to New-Zealand or something, but then I noticed that it follows a 12-hour clock. Is there any way of changing that too?

Moros, I take it your computer runs on a 24-hour clock (military time as it's known in the US)?

Yup, I don't know any others than that and the complicated AM/PM-system 14,7% of the world follows.

Okay, figured as much but was going to recommend changing your system clock to see if that had an effect. Obviously not.

As for it being complicated, I don't see how it's so difficult but that's just me.

It's complicated because I'm not used to it, just as you are not used to jump from high wooden towers with a non-stretchable rope tied to your legs to prove you're a man.
Some people in Indonesia or Oceania do that...
