The membership is sold as a lifetime membership, so I really doubt you can lose it so long as the site exists.

I doubt it, technically even if you're banned you would have the membership because there'd be no reason to go through the amount of work it would take to change it.

Nope, it can never be lost. It is extremely unlikely a member account would be banned, as many attempts would first be made to correct the any rule-breaking.
