I did notice that Scandinavia and Northern Europe are not connected. I could have sworn in Risk they are. It makes sense because they are only 5 miles apart.

Whoa! I can't believe I never noticed! I think they really should be connected, because they do on the medium and large earth maps. And I can't really think of any reason not to connect two areas that in real life have an actual bridge connecting them.

the map creator might never this this thread also i do support that since it will add more strategy to the Europe map

I noticed this as soon as I showed up, but since I rarely ever play S.earth, since this game is so much larger than risk anyways, that I figure the point is fairly moot..

and I see the division as more of requiring more forethought in capturing europe.. If losing Europe from Africa, you can still budge at N.europe, giving you a slight chokepoint st Scand.

Well, I played this map few times, and didn't notice it, maybe because I never played Risk before :lol:
