I'll have sympathy when the crime rates of area's affected by Migrants don't soar, a moderate increase is understandable since more people usually means more criminals, but when it gets to a point where police refuse to go to the places they stay, it's time to stop.

There's a lot wrong with this phrase. Are you talking about refugees or migrants? Which type of migrants? any ethnicity/religion? any reasonable explanation other than race/ethnicity (e.g. class, area, did it have bad crime before migration, are there bad race relations in that area, is it segregated). Which country, and why would it affect that country and not others as much? Which region/s of said country? Is it actually the migrants committing the crimes, or natives against the migrants? Official crime statistics?

I hope you can see the number of questions the vagueness raises.
