I'm new and I joined two multi day games. a user called yourmom also joined these two games. He waited until the time limit was nearly reached to put in that he was going to be on a "vacation" until the 19th. He still hasn't taken his first turn. At first I was wee bit angry because, "why would somebody start two games right before going on vacation?” but now I'm furious because he clearly isn't on vacation. He is signing up for more multi day games. Can anything be done about this? Because it's ridiculous!
Unfortunately some people delight in ruining other people's fun. First thing, you should blacklist him so you don't have to play with him again. If you encounter someone who you're 100% sure is intentionally trying to ruin games, you can also send me an e-mail at fizzer@warlight.net
Hm, I'm actually having problems with this guy too. Gave him a second chance, see what happens. The strange thing is that HE'S the one who signs up for the game first....
Oh, neat, he just sent me a message. This seems to show that he is definitely doing this on purpose. Do I need to post a new link for new chat messages to show up?
Good point, buddy. I actually just wanted you to incriminate yourself as much as possible. It's not like keeping a browser window open really upsets me so much

+1. This would be an excellent additional setting on the auto-games. I can't think of any decent reason for people with >20% boot to have their access to auto-games protected, and it would relieve a lot of grief of having random players troll or, more commonly, just quit when they should surrender.
I hope Yourmom has had his IP blocked. I play this game because I find strategy fun, not for infantile behavior. If someone wants to stall I do not really care, I just wait for the autoboot. I almost never play without autoboot.
