It depends what you mean by 'best'. The 'best' clan could be strategic, rp/diplo, friendly, helpful, etc.
There's no such thing as the 'best' player or 'best' clan because there isn't a set definition for 'best'.
Edit: imo, nothing's better that TBest clan. :)
