I could be persuaded to do one for Connecticut (or assist you in making it) but would need more clarification on what you are looking for.
For instance, the rivers... do you want them as boundaries of some sort or simply to appear on the map. Also, what cities would you want that aren't shown on the map? Or do you mean to somehow break them down further?

I've played on the Massachusetts map. It is great.
The rivers/lakes WOULD be boundries.
The cities would be Hartford(capital), Danbury, Groton, Mystic, Bridgewater, NewHaven,Stamford, Waterbury,Newbritan, Greenwhich, Bristiol highlighted (Biggest Towns)
There is no Connecticut map so it would valuable to players, and I'll be happy to get resources if you need some.

How would the rivers work as boundaries? The Connecticut splits the state so there would have to be crossing points... how would those be chosen?

Looking at the map, there aren't many major rivers/lakes that would really impact movement.

For the cities, you just want a bonus that comprises all of them?

Basing primary bonuses on counties wouldn't be that good an idea... it would have the same problem that the Massachusetts map has in having too many territories per bonus. Would be better to carve most in half at least.

Using the maps on wiki I could crank out a political map pretty easily (county-based SVG for initial borders, trace town/city boundaries) but adding the rivers/lakes would pose more of a challenge.

The rivers aren't neccesary

To cross the Connecticut, make a bridge around the capital

I agree there should be 1/2 county bonuses

On the final map *Please right co-created by me and you (because it is.)*

Not really. You didn't *make* anything, you just provided a map and gave suggestions.
You could say there was a cooperation, but even that won't really matter. Frankly, nobody cares.
