I'm stuck using a very bad Windows Vista PC, using Google Chrome.
When I try to scroll down in almost any game, I can't scroll to the bottom of the player list, chat button, etc.


PLEASE HELP!!!!

Try defragmentating your device's drives. Also clean your disc. Restart your computer afterwards. You could buy a new PC if none of the above increase the computer's performance noticeably.
