How come, why?

in the Vote to end Box it is written as Remaining players.

Why? I don't know, why it is like that. Maybe it is created following the players those who get booted or surrender first turn.

afair it's depend whether it's FFA or team game and it's simple logic. If FFA it counts as loss, cause you couldn't win this game anymore. In team game, if anyone from your team is alive, it's count as vte as you (at least in theory) could still win the game(being member of winning team = get a win, no matter eliminated or not)
