Do you work out? :)

I have read that a person should be getting at least 30 minutes of exercise every day. This is considered light exercise, and anything below that is sedentary and can severely impair the quality of your life over time. I do cardio on days where the weather is nice, usually at least 3 days a week for an hour at a time. My cardio routine usually consists of walking, jogging, and running. I also do some strength training exercises like pushups, situps, planks and squats.

I work out an hour a day starting last month, I feel a lot better tbh and the effects are already starting to show. Thread upvoted.
