/Hasdrubal: I think two groups would be a fine way of doing it next season. This season will be done with qualifier, as I created those before you wrote this. I dont see why you consider it unfair though, when it is actually decided by a game rather than pure ramdomness?


Tournaments for this season are now live! Please join as soon as possible everybody. I was thinking about starting it next friday, but that may be a bit short time to join. Maybe start full groups at that time and give a bit more time for people who are yet to join? What do you guys think?

p.s. there are still open spots in group G for new players, just let me know as soon as possible if you want to join the league :)

Or, you can (if there will be no more player) push all F and G players in single group (right now it is number of 13 players). When I joined, I was in last group with 20 participants.

Wow. Season 9 I didn't get promoted nor demoted. Season 10 I get a double promotion. I guess it just goes to show how much stress can impact your play...

I can't play this league I'm afraid, not enough time at the mo. So I'll have to drop out, need to keep that 67% group A ratio too so I can lord it over you all.

I am starting full groups now. Any players who are still to join their group have gotten a message about it, but I will wait a bit with starting those (luckily we got A going straight away - we are slow in that group). I will wait untill some time next week before starting a group without someone, as it have not been that long since people got invited for groups.

propably in group c everyone was trying to make our organisers life hard cause it seems like everyone was trying to finish 4-4 its a high possibility at list one more person to finish 4-4 and have at list 4 persons with the same score (if hasdrubal looses hes rest games things will become complicated with 5 people with 4-4 and an open possibility 6 people with 4-4 if bayern win both hes game 6 people in a draw for third position which leads in group b that will be fun

I was just wondering the same thing - Group C is, incredibly, still not done.

I have to get time to make a recap of the standings very soon. Got a lot on my plate right now though, but hopefully I find the time this weekend. Congratulations to AI for claiming the title this season! :)

Still awaiting group C to finish, so I cant say exactly when I think next season will be made, but it likely wont be that long with only one game left.

btw anyone wanting to leave the league for next season, please let me know as soon as possible so I can make groups with that in mind :)

My last game lasted 40 turns against FC Bayern (new record for this setting?). I slipped the victory twice and deserved to lose - kudos to FC Bayern.

All results are now updated and group standigs are finished. Results can be seen on the result post in the top of this thread.

If you think someone booted a lot in you group (and I havnt got it in the results allready), please message me :) I only check when I had to for tiebreakers or if anyone lost all their games.

I will post a PR-sheet shortly based.

Right now we have 5 new players joining and 9 being removed for not joining, declining or getting booted too much. I am thinking that I will follow Hasdrubals suggestion from earlier and make 2 F groups (assuming there are several more than 10 players in F, otherwise 1 group will do).

I expect next season to start in the first weekend of September, with me hopefully creating groups sometime this week. Any new players that want to join, please let me know either by posting here or messaging me directly :)
