Jz was right about being one short from taking a 5 turn 2 after an ftb. Unless you could use leftovers from your ftb, like CA ftb with East US, or Ant ftb with Aus. But then all 3 of your picks are in the same place. Which is poopy. Especially since the ftb will likely be contested and so you'll have 2 unsafe picks to your opponents 1.
