maybe someone could be so nice and explain this to me. Today i joined this game https://www.warlight.net/MultiPlayer?GameID=12912595
the settings said its 0% luck but in turn2 i failed an attack of 3 vs 2 neutrals in Hydrax(Africa)turn3 the same happend in Oea(Africa) and Aemilia(Italia) and turn8 Roma(Italia).
I mean this guy used a template called Luck0% whatever its means, but when in the settings is standing luck-modifier 0% how can it affect the attacks? Or is it just a bug?

The game is using rounding mode Weighted Random instead of the Straight Round which you are used to.
You have 80% change that way to succeed a 3v2 and 20% change to kill 2 with only 2 attacking but then you also need to win a 60% to make it a 2 taking 2.

If you get the hang of Weighted random on 0% it's pretty straight forward but a bit of luck is still involved in getting more then the 80% winning change on the 3v2's

just as a note, if it doesn't say how many armies you are killing (in parenthesis) 3v2 won't always work.
