Specifically Clint Eastwood. I don't have anything personally against the guy (even the special snowflake raged at me and blacklisted me for reviewing his maps), I just think he should stop taking up space with his grade-school art projects.

I have nothing against Clint Eastwood's Maps. I have watched his skill steadily improve over the months, and he has become a fairly respectable mapmaker in my book. Heck, I was even considering recruiting him into FCC before he joined Bane's clan, even. I can imagine that his skill level will only go up. Just because his maps are "grade school art projects" (In my opinion, they really are not, they seem well thought out), does not mean we should just stop making them. Just like anything else, it is just another step in developing your skills as a warlight mapmaker. Ask the FCC order of maps. They know all about this process.

what about people who play the ladder and do nothing but lose and are permanently ranked near dead last? should they stop trying and taking up space on the ladder?

I like his 4 latest maps apart from the weird circles one, the territory borders are perfect and the maps are small in size but not too small and are balanced. You don't need art in a map, it just has to look neat. His first few maps are allowed to be bad, he's learning.
