Okay. Here's the situation. I have a GREAT idea for a map, but I don't know how to begin. Can anyone help? And PLEASE don't tell me "go to the help tab and click 'how do I create maps' because it doesn't help AT ALL!!!

If you read that guide, it would have helped. You'll need to enable map development mode, all insturctions are available in there.
